Plant-based burgers are definitely having their moment in the spotlight right now and most of that shiny glow isn’t coming from vegetarians and vegans, but actual meat-eaters.
Field Agent recently sent 50 Field Agents out into the field to try a Beyond Meat plant-based burger patty. The 50 Field Agents were an equal split of shoppers saying they are willing to go plant-based and the other-half saying they are definitely not open to going plant-based. Each of the Agents took a video of themselves throughout the buying, cooking and tasting process.
While the results were fairly average across the board, some skeptics walked away believers (minus the smell).
Note: the main question to be answered was, how do Beyond Burgers compare to real-beef burgers?
