I enjoyed the video, very helpful info. I had the opportunity to complete a survey or questionnaire and really liked it. It was about locked cases in stores where you have to wait for assistance to obtain a product. Can I have more surveys to do?
Hi! I’m sad I missed the webinar! I wanted to ask a question though. I use other apps like Field Agent for merchandising work, and they allow 24 hours from the time that the project is started at the store for it to be submitted and completed. Is it possible to change that on the Field Agent app? Because sometimes I reserve a job and only have 4 hours to complete it, but even though I have completed the store “buy” portion I will not be able to get home and do the “try” portion before the 4 hours is up. Thanks in advance for your consideration! I love being a Field Agent!
How do I ask about a job that the payment was denied? I have no clue why I was denied. Is there a place to dispute the determination?

Thank you for the information. I am new to the app & have done 2 jobs so far. & I didn’t even think to find you guys on the other social media sites. I don’t know why I didn’t. But any who.
