Chick-fil-A Is Going to Start Selling Bottles of Its Signature Sauces

If you’ve ever craved Chick-fil-A on a Sunday, but randomly found a pack of its famous Chick-fil-A sauce in your pantry, you’ve probably done a tiny happy dance alone in your kitchen. Well, get ready to really break it down, as the chain has announced it could start selling bottles of its sauces soon.

In a press release, CFA shared it, “will begin selling its sauces in bottles as a pilot in Florida, marking the company’s first endeavor into retail sales and a new way to give back to Chick-fil-A restaurant Team Members. Starting this April and May, customers will be able to purchase 16-fluid ounce bottles of Chick-fil-A’s signature Chick-fil-A and Polynesian Sauces in all Florida Publix, Target, Walmart and Winn-Dixie stores so they can dip, drizzle and marinate to their delight, right at home.”

The release went on to say, “Chick-fil-A Sauce and Polynesian Sauce are our two most popular sauces, so we are extremely excited to offer them at select retail stores outside of the restaurant. And because our Team Members are truly our ‘secret sauce’ to creating a positive experience in our restaurants, each time a customer purchases a Bottled Sauce at a participating retailer, the Chick-fil-A profits will support Team Members through our scholarship program.”

So, get ready, Florida.

  4. Place it upside down on a middle oven rack at 375°. (Place foil on a lower rack to catch drips.)
  5. Bake 1 hour; let cool in the oven.

The thing about Cheetos is that they’re messy. You could never eat a Cheeto and sit down on a white couch without some serious hand-washing.

The new Cheetos ad for the Super Bowl touches on this problem with a little help from the man who “Can’t Touch This,” MC Hammer.

This is just a teaser for the big event, but we’re really liking what we’re seeing so far.

CHEETOS® FLAMIN’ HOT® Chipotle Ranch Wings Recipe

If you love Cheetos, especially the Flamin’ Hot variety, and you love chicken wings, boy is this the recipe for you. Yes, we’re talking about Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and chicken wings.

Ingredients:

8.5 oz. bag CHEETOS® Crunchy FLAMIN’ HOT® Chipotle Ranch Cheese Flavored Snacks

2 cups Gochujang (red pepper paste)

2 cups Rice wine vinegar

1 tsp Ground black pepper

2 cups Soy sauce

3 Jalapeños, chopped

3 tsp Gochugaru (red pepper powder)

1/2 cup Mirin

1 Lemon (zest and juice)

1 Lime (zest and juice)

1 Orange (zest and juice)

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

1 cup Cilantro

Pinch of salt

5 pounds Chicken wings

Fryer oil

Ranch dressing

Directions:

Steps:
1. Puree all the wing sauce ingredients in a blender. Set aside.

2. Pour the CHEETOS® Crunchy FLAMIN’ HOT® Chipotle Ranch into a blender to pulverize into dust. Set aside.

3. Fry wings at 300ºF for about 7 minutes in a cast-iron pan.

4. Toss in the wing sauce.

5. Shower wings with the CHEETOS® Crunchy FLAMIN’ HOT® Chipotle Ranch dust.

6. Serve with a side of ranch dressing.

Sam Elliott Recites “Old Town Road” Lyrics for Doritos Super Bowl Commercial And… Yeah

Though Sam Elliott has never won a major acting award, he has been nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globe and an EMMY. Not to mention, he’s one of the most beloved actors in Hollywood and his voice is recognizable from miles away.

Most recently, Elliott has taken his talents to the small screen to help Doritos introduce an updated Cool Ranch recipe. But, Elliott does it without even mentioning the chips. Instead, he recites a section of the GRAMMY-nominated hit song, “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X.

Wait. What? Yes, you read that correctly. Elliott walks into a bar in the commercial and eventually ends his monologue by saying, “can’t nobody tell me nothin’.”

Ocean Spray is Launching a Superfruit Juice with Cold Brew Coffee

Talk about a unique flavor profile: Ocean Spray has recently announced Brew, “a first-of-its-kind hybrid drink made with real fruit juice and cold brew coffee.” That’s right– a superfruit coffee brew.

According to a press release, “The launch of Brew builds on a pipeline of innovation coming from the cooperative, bolstering its mission of connecting farms to families for a better life by delivering a new beverage that is both nutritious and provides natural energy.  Brew marks yet another expansion for Ocean Spray into a new category of coffee, and Ocean Spray will continue to drive future growth opportunities for the cooperative this year.”

Brew will be available in two flavors, Cranberry Lemonade with Cold Brew Coffee and Cranberry Blueberry with Cold Brew Coffee. Also, “Brew features 100% Colombian Coffee, with each 8 oz serving containing 40 milligrams of naturally sourced caffeine from green coffee beans, which is equal to a 1/2 cup of coffee. In addition, Brew contains antioxidant vitamin C, as well as vitamin B and real fruit juice, with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial flavors or colors.”
